Terri was the Interior Design, staging and project manager on this remodel completion for this custom home. Interior and exterior design and custom furnishings were created for year-round indoor/outdoor living in this home. Custom designed decorative lighting fixtures, original custom art, reimagined walk out level that was an entertainer’s dream with 4 TV’s, custom bar, guest room and amazing baths. Landscape, sport court and putting green and front courtyard.
Castle Pines Village
Terri was the Staging, Lifestyle, and Interior Designer for the “Sale” of the home hired by the homeowner prior to the listing of the property to furnish, stage and plan an event at the home. All furnishings were custom luxury furnishings and accessories. Eron Johnson Antiques Furnishings were also incorporated along with $500k in Art to be sold to benefit the Western Golf Association Scholars Evans Scholars Association with a percentage of sales going to WGA. The amazing chefs from Castle Pines Golf Club were hired by the homeowner to cook in the home during the event.

Shopping with Buyers, Terri began this project with home searching with the client’s as the interior designer. Terri has home searched with many clients over the years assisting in finding the home that could be the perfect for the clients. Having many years’ experience in project managing, interior design, an acute understanding of construction and extensive sources in all the home design and construction industry this extensive renovation the clients. Once this home was purchased the GC search began the project moved to concept design and interior and exterior finish and fixture selections.

Terri as lead of this interior design project was hired to oversee the extensive remodel for this home for a near future seller home sale. With exceptional bones to the house that were kept in place the remodel included, wall texture, paint complete kitchen renovation, all bathrooms were renovated, custom tiles were placed throughout the entire home and much more. Custom interior and exterior furnishings added to the extensive collection along with added decorative light fixtures.

Terri was hired to remodel and stage this home. A complete remodel, master bedroom addition, outdoor living deck and fire pit, new garage with an apartment above. The goal was to keep the 1908 bungalow in its original integrity and maintain the original woodwork and brick. All custom finishes were incorporated throughout the entire interior and exterior. This home was featured in Denver Life Magazine featuring the Restaurateur Beth Gruitch and Chef David Wright’s kitchen with a 17ft kitchen island to circulate guests.

Re-imagining the master suite added increased value for the home. Terri the lead interior designer and co-project manager for the sale of the home. This project was an extensive custom remodel and full staging. This remodel for the Alpine home was completed in 2 months. All Furnishings and Furniture were sold with the residence. In addition, Terri coordinated an Art Show and Open House Event for opening day for the home sale. Custom Art was staged in the home through out and Art was sold to homeowner and guests. The event was well attended by potential buyers and brokers. This home had previously been featured on PBS on a lost art edition for all of the custom woodwork and architecture working by original builder Rudi Neumeyer.
